1. Eligibility for Returns

3. Return Authorization Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact us at falconmarts@gmsil.com within the eligible return period, providing:

Upon approval, detailed return instructions will be provided. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where Falcon Marts is at fault.
5. Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected, Falcon Marts will notify the customer regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s payment provider.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are only applicable for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing falconmarts@gmsil.com with clear photographic evidence.
Falcon Marts will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
